You fit your own work and just need the bifolds made right. This is the supply-only route. We fabricate thermally broken aluminium bifold doors to your sizes and configuration. We finish them and hand them over, ready to install. You manage the install. We make sure the units land correct, square and on spec. Send drawings or sizes. We'll quote against your aluminium bifold door requirement.

What supply-only means here
Supply-only means we fabricate and supply the finished bifold doors. You handle the fit. No installers turn up, no project management on your site. You send the opening sizes and the configuration. We specify the right route and quote it. Then we build it, ready for collection or delivery.
It suits installers, builders, joiners and shopfitters. You're confident on the fix and want a reliable fabricator behind you. You keep the programme and the customer relationship. We carry the fabrication and the spec. What arrives is the unit you signed off. It's made to BS EN 14351-1. We support UKCA and Declaration of Performance where it applies.
The spec you can configure
Bifold doors are configured per opening, not picked off a shelf. Tell us the leaf count and the split you want. Say which way it stacks and where the traffic door sits. We set the sash sizes around it. We spec thermal, security, sightlines and threshold to the job.

- Security: PAS 24 product routes available where the job calls for it, with multipoint locking on the traffic leaf.
- Sightlines: slim thermally broken profiles to keep glass area up and frame down across the run.
- Thresholds: weathered upstand or low-line options depending on whether you are after performance or level access.
- Glazing: double or triple glazed units accommodated from 22mm up to 58mm depending on the system.
- Acoustic: to Rw 46 dB where specified, useful on roadside and exposed elevations.
- Finish: powder coated to your RAL, single colour or dual colour inside and out, matt, satin or textured.
Sizes and structural opening
Get the structural opening and the head detail right. The rest follows. We set leaf widths and weights so the doors run true. The panels don't foul. Heavier glass make-ups and wider leaves pull on the maximum dimensions. We check the run against the system limits before we quote.
Maximum sash sizes vary by system and glass weight. Confirm your opening early. Our guide to aluminium door and window maximum sizes shows the limits. Design within them. If your opening is over-height or over-width, we'll say so. You get the route before you commit on site.
What to send for a fast trade quote
The more you give us up front, the tighter the quote. It's quicker too. We can work from a sketch with sizes. A clear drawing removes the back and forth.
- Structural opening sizes, width and height, and whether they are measured or target sizes.
- Leaf count and configuration, the stack direction and where you want the traffic door.
- Threshold preference, weathered or low-line level access.
- Glazing spec and any acoustic or solar requirement.
- Finish, the RAL and whether it is single or dual colour.
- Whether you are collecting from Haydock or want it delivered, and your rough programme date.

Collect from our unit at Nassau Business Park in Haydock, St Helens. Or we arrange delivery across the North West. Either way the doors are protected for transit. Glass, hardware and threshold come matched to the order.
Lead times are confirmed per project at quote, so you can plan your fix date around a real date rather than a guess. If you are running several plots or a phased job, tell us the sequence and we will work the supply to suit. The bifold sits alongside the full range, so if a plot also needs a slider or screens we can quote it together.

Do you fit the bifold doors or is this strictly supply-only?
Strictly supply-only. We fabricate and supply the finished aluminium bifold doors to your sizes and you carry out the install. We are a trade fabricator, so we do not fit. Homeowners are routed to a vetted installer through our find an installer page.
What U-value can the bifold doors hit?

Can the doors be made to a PAS 24 security route?
Yes. PAS 24 product routes are available where the job calls for it, with multipoint locking on the traffic leaf. Tell us at quote stage if PAS 24 is required so we specify the correct route from the start.
