How we work
One fabricator for the glazed envelope, with drawing-led pricing and batch traceability. Lead time is confirmed at quote for your project, never a stock figure.
Project requirements
We identify the technical and documentation requirements relevant to the selected route. The applicable evidence must be checked against the actual facade, opening, glass and project use before you rely on it.
Before it can be priced
Four things, and the envelope can be costed as one package
- Drawings or elevations. Whatever exists. Marked-up PDFs and a schedule are enough to start.
- Exposure category. What the elevation is judged on for air, water and wind.
- Thermal target. The figure the envelope has to meet, not the figure a brochure quotes.
- Programme dates. When it is needed on site, so the lead time is confirmed against your dates rather than ours.
What comes back is a drawing-led price for the envelope as one package, the product route confirmed per opening, and a lead time for your project. Estimates go out within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

What contractors ask before sending a brief
Do you install, or only supply?
Supply only. We are a trade-only fabricator in Haydock and we do not install, so we are never bidding against the glazing subcontractor on your job. Your own installer fits what we make.
What do you need in order to price a glazed envelope?
Drawings or elevations, the exposure category, the thermal target and the programme dates. With those four the envelope can be priced as one package rather than piecemeal against separate elevations.
How quickly does a price come back?
Estimates go out within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Anything needing a special or a structural check gets a date the same day rather than silence.
What are the payment terms?
Fifty percent deposit, strictly, and the balance 48 hours before delivery. The deposit is what puts the job on the machine and the balance clears before it goes on the van.
Which standards does the framing carry?
Curtain walling is fabricated to BS EN 13830 and windows and doors to BS EN 14351-1. Those standards are the tested performance of the systems we fabricate in, held by the system manufacturer against a tested configuration. Ask for the current route-specific evidence before relying on a figure in a project decision.
